I have a comprehensive understanding of the food manufacturing industry, and of what drives sophisticated contemporary dining. I Have extensive cooking knowledge, and is more than able to abide by all legal requirements, food hygiene regulations and food safety laws. I would describe myself as a passionate, confident, and creative chef who can skilfully plan menus, prepare outstanding food, manage budgets, and lead a team of people to deliver quality of service. I have experience in japanese, peruvian and mediterrasian fusion.

Priscila Oliveira Born in São Paulo, she has a degree in Administration and Advertising and a specialization in Marketing. With more than 10 years of experience in the commercial department of several companies, national radio, and TV, Priscila has now opened her own corporate and private events company. Her expertise is being recognized far and wide, from Spain, Portugal, the USA, France, and many other countries. Her determination and practicality are her greatest assets, making her a success in everything she does!
